Every print is packed by hand in Hoboken and shipped flat in a rigid mailer, so it arrives the way it left.
Free shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more. Local? I also offer free pickup in Hoboken. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8.95.
Prints in stock ship within 3 to 5 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number by email. New Jersey orders include 6.625% sales tax.
If a print arrives damaged
I will replace it at no cost. Email a photo of the print and the packaging to hello@juanmelli.com within 7 days of delivery and I will send a new one.
Returns
If a print is not right for your wall, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition. Email me first so I know it is coming. The buyer pays return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Once the print arrives back in Hoboken, I will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
